Residential Service Technician
Job Description
Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and repairing customers’ pools and equipment.

Teamwork – builds good relationships and rapport with customers, peers, supervisors, and managers throughout the organization
Essential Functions:
- Identify any issues with equipment
- Repair any identified issues
- Communicate the status of the pool with the homeowner
- Ensure all activities are performed in a safe manner Other Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide status reports as needed to management
Education:
- High School diploma preferred Knowledge,
Skills and Experience:
- Self-motivated, self-starter
- Comfortable in the use of chemicals
- Understanding of mechanical pumps, hydraulics, water flow, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Experience in customer service
preferred Licenses and Certifications:
Physical Demands:
- Ability to work outside in a variety of temperatures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to utilize hand tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
