Position Summary:
Our growing independent insurance agency is seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and will be able to provide exceptional customer service. This position is in-person in our modern office in Mesa, Arizona.
Essential Duties:
- Provide assistance to agency clients regarding their insurance policies, coverage, billing, claims, and other inquiries.
- Communicate and follow up with clients to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Identify sales opportunities for agents.
- Be first on incoming phone calls from clients and prospects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience: Arizona Property and Casualty Insurance License is required. Must have proficient computer skills. Must be able to demonstrate excellent verbal (phone) and written communication skills. Must be able to work Monday through Friday between 8:30AM-5:30PM .
