What do Veterinary Nurses do?
As a part of the medical care team, Veterinary Nurses enjoy assisting veterinarians with patient treatment, as well as one-on-one interactions with patients & overnight guests, receiving medical care ranging from ICU to elder care and oncology. The work of the Veterinary Nurse is vital to providing care & services to pets. These nurses provide nutrition, medication, IV therapies & the best in comfort & hygiene for our patients. These efforts save lives and build lasting and meaningful client relationships. Additionally, these team members perform advanced diagnostics, assist phone clients with scheduling appointments and find solutions for helping clients to promptly receive East Lake services for their pets. Support and training is available to help our nurses to grow and to reach the next level in their careers.
