Aesthetics Med Spa is looking for a personable front desk receptionist. Candidate should be a reliable, team oriented, and a highly motivated person. Social media and sales experience is a plus. The ideal candidate must be friendly and cheerful, welcoming all clients & visitors that walk into our facility. You must be organized and able to multi-task, especially under pressure. We are looking for a real team player who has excellent customer service skills.
Job Requirements
- 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING in a MEDICAL/AESTHETICS OFFICE is preferred.
- Must possess knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures ( injectables, facials,lasers, etc.)
- Must be able to take initiative and keep busy.
- Must be able to work some Saturdays and close the spa daily.
- Have own transportation to/from work
- Computer experience, Word, Excel, and basic internet.
- Excellent work ethic and phone etiquette.
- Attention to detail
This position includes some of (but not limited to) the following duties:
- Greet clients and other customers over the phone and in person.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Checking clients in and out.
- Effectively communicate information to clients and staff.
- Data Entry, creating charts, filing
- Daily Maintenance of Lobby, reception and restroom (making the spa presentable and tidy throughout the day)
- Receiving packages and mail
- Posting on our social media platforms daily
- Taking before and after photos of patients
- Taking inventory on retail supply

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
