We are looking for a Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management, and be able to oversee the day-to-day operations of our site. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:
- Provide potential new licensees site tours.
- After a contract is signed, and till move-in, coordinate site turnover for new licensee. This includes:
- Confirm timing of paint from new licensee.
- Obtain information for wall plaque and send to regional manager.
- Coordinate with handyman for any sink, cabinet or furniture changes or repairs required.
- Manage keys for new licensee and provide access to security systems.
- Where needed, assist new licensees with downloading Gina’s Platform.
- Perform site walk-out when someone leaves, including keys being returned, decals/wall-paper taken down and any reporting any repairs needed such as flooring, ceiling panels, etc. to regional manager.
- Perform cleaning duties and/or managing cleaning service vendor (see exhibit A).
- Order supplies when needed via Amazon.
- Maintain a clean and organized supply closet at each location.
- Manage Salon Professional maintenance requests and needs.
- Assist in coordinating maintenance such as PM, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and/or handyman.
- Build and maintain a fun, professional working relationship with all Salon Professionals.
- Control correspondence such as late notices, lockouts, local training events, etc.
- Report site problems and maintenance issues to regional manager.
- Sign for and distribute UPS/Fedex/Amazon packages. All items that cannot be distributed go to the regional manager.
- Organize and maintain office equipment, operations, and procedures.
- Other duties and responsibilities required by management from time to time.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
