```Duties```
- Manage and organize legal case files, including maintaining electronic filing systems
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, conferences and calls.
- Interview clients and witnesses to gather necessary information for cases
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and drafting trial documents
```Skills```
- Professional demeanor for handling incoming calls for clients and potential clients.
-Strong knowledge of computers including cloud storage, Microsoft office, and date sotrnage/management. Knowledge of legal case management software, such as My case, Leap is a plus but not required if the applicant has strong computer skills
- Excellent interviewing skills to gather information from clients and witnesses
- Strong clerical skills for organizing and maintaining case files
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing legal documents
- Familiarity with project management principles in a legal setting is a plus
