ContactSource is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team at our Altamonte Springs office. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and having a thorough understanding of our wide range of products. We are actively looking for an individual who values customer satisfaction and ensures top-notch service in every customer interaction, with fluency in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer communications: Respond to calls, addressing customer queries, requests, and issues.
- Guide customer success: Provide professional advice on how to effectively use our products/services based on individual needs.
- Maintain product expertise: Act as a product specialist, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
- Ensure client retention: Meet retention and productivity targets.
- Utilize CRM system: Record customer interactions for better collaboration and relationship development across departments.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in call center or call center like work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to address complaints with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
- Passion for delivering above-and-beyond customer service.
- Strong time-management and prioritization abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Open availability, including nights and weekends.
