Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter/Laborer to join our team. As a Painter/Laborer, you will be responsible for restoring and maintaining various surfaces through painting and other related tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Perform frame carpentry and drywall repairs as needed
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate measurements and quantities of materials needed
- Use airless paint spraying equipment for large-scale projects
- Finish concrete surfaces by applying sealants or coatings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Requirements:
- some to no experience as a Painter/Laborer or similar role
- detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of airless paint spraying techniques
Note: This is a paid position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
