As an HR Coordinator, you will acquire practical HR experience while putting your skills, intelligence and
creativity to work in a high energy, fast-pace, customer and employee focused restaurant. You will be involved in all aspects of the HR needs including Employee and Labor relations, Employment Law, Compensation and Benefits, Record-Keeping, HR strategy, Workforce Planning and Staffing, and Performance Management. The ideal candidate will effectively execute tasks and will work independently with the focus to accomplish organizational goals with great follow-up and detail.
Responsibilities
80% of time in HR responsibilities/20% in Restaurant operations
Track and document each Team Member’s training schedule, milestones, and employee
information and training requirements
Maintain and organize all personnel records
Produce and manage any required and necessary HR related documents
Assist with management of payroll operations
Maintain documentation and distribution of benefits packages
Requirements
Experience in Human Resources is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to lead human resource initiatives
Strong work ethic and ability to work individually and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload

Compensation
This position is full time, which is typically between 30-40hrs/week. The pay range is $25-$26/hr, depending on experience. Additional Chick-fil-A job perks may include restaurant discounts, flexible scheduling, potential advancement opportunities, and Sundays off.
