Teller/Member Service Representative
Nova Credit Union is currently seeking a part-time Teller/Member Service Representative. We are a not-for-profit financial cooperative owned by our members and have been serving our members for over 80 years!
Job Description: Processes member service transactions within established guidelines. Answer telephones. Balance teller drawer. Identify and make referrals. Duties may also include safe deposit box, bonds, and night drop deposits.
Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience and excellent customer service skills required. Credit Union experience a plus.
Minimum Qualifications: A High School diploma/GED. At least 12 months of teller experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and establish rapport when handling customer inquiries and transactions. Strong attention to detail is required. Must be experienced and comfortable using computers. Ability and desire to interact in a team environment and contribute to team efforts.

Salary: $24,000.00 - $26,000.00 per year
