Position – Strata Company, is seeking a Sales Manager to sell direct mail and print to a national client base as well as oversee the production division's sales team. Candidates must have a proven track record of delivering results.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Outline
Sales Management/Development:
- Support management in evaluating sales performance and individual and team goals
- Contribute to sales team training and development
- Help develop and implement successful outbound prospect generation efforts
- Help develop and implement strategies for successful inbound prospect follow through
- Strategize and collaborate with the team on converting outbound and inbound prospects to customers
Responsibilities:
- Grow sales through lead follow up, networking and prospect outreach
- Collaborate with prospects and clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that provide value
- Prepare and present presentations, quotes, and proposals
- Meet and exceed sales quotas for client retention and new business sales
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions
- Actively participate to expand industry knowledge and grow applied technology expertise
- Prospect and cultivate new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones
- Understand client needs and apply our tech-driven mail and print solutions
- Attending events and networking functions to promote services and build relationships
- Lead your team to increased effectiveness through mentoring, partnership and training
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Direct Mail Sales experience – 4+ years preferred
- Strong familiarity with direct mail production
- Proven track record of driving new business and creating long-term clients
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong people skills
- Good organization skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
