Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Vice President to join our team. As a Manufacturing Sales Vice President, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts to achieve company goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and technology to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Duties:
- Effectively communicate strategy, goals, and progress.
- Provide guidance, support, training, and discipline as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with all internal/external stakeholders and collaborate and work effectively across all areas of the business including sales, engineering, marketing, operations, finance, etc. to achieve common goals in a constructive and positive manner.
- Train new sales employees or existing employees as needed.
- Carry out all supervisory responsibilities in a fair, consistent, and respectful manner and in accordance with the organization s policies and applicable laws.
- Build relationships with customers.
- Analytical and capable to provide historical customer research or new customer data.
- Training, mentoring and motivating a sales team.
- Analytically able to produce sales forecasts and reports.
- A broad set of leadership competencies that include strong communication and change management skills, ability to drive business insights, ability to collaborate cross functionally, and effective planning and execution skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, requirements and competing demands
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to customers.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Over 10 years of progressive sales and sales leadership experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA welcomed.
- Strong usage of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Office, Pivot tables etc.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
