Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients. Your expertise and caring demeanor will make a significant impact on their well-being.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all medical regulations.
- Provide patient and family education and support during their healthcare journey.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Handle emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of Texas.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
