Job Description
As Mastermax Builders, the Office Assistant sets the tone for the initial client interaction as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence. Your responsibilities are as following:
Answer phone calls
Email correspondence
Schedule estimates
QuickBooks entry.
Planning events.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must have courteous telephone manner
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- You must be professional, presentable, have excellent communication skills, as well as speak and write English well.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Strong attention to detail, great organization skills
- Highly pro-active, goal oriented and motivated attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
