As a crucial member of our HR team, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic HR and talent support to designated leaders and employees. This will ensure our organization can attract, develop, and retain the best talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Our ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in the healthcare sector. They will possess an in-depth understanding of all HR aspects, including employee relations, benefits, compensation, talent management, and compliance. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Most importantly, the HR Business Partner must be a strategic thinker who can develop and implement solutions to support our organization's long-term objectives.
Knowledge and skills:
- Business mindset: able to understand the business and financial conditions, link HR and business strategy, and identify ways to improve business performance.
- Capability & culture builder: skilled at identifying and assessing current organizational capabilities, building what's required, shaping and supporting culture, and aligning solutions to reinforce culture.
- Change management: demonstrated experience in articulating the business case for change, evaluating change readiness, building and executing stakeholder plans and transition activities, and managing sustained change and transition.
- Consulting and Influencing skills: Exceptional communication skills, can tailor his/her communication style to work well with diverse stakeholders and leadership within the organization, effective at influencing, facilitating, and problem-solving.
- Team Player: able to work with, contribute to, and interdependently interact with like-minded HR Professionals in a common goal environment.
- Experience with effectively identifying, utilizing, and presenting data in a way that facilitates evidence-based decision-making is preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
