In this role, you’ll oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the smooth functioning of our office. Essential Functions
· Assist in developing and implementing practice financial goals, objectives and systems
· Oversee accounts receivables ensuring that revenue is being collected in a timely manner
· Oversee accounts payable ensuring practice bills are paid in a timely manner
· Human Resource Responsibilities – Recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, personnel record-keeping
· Monitor employee schedules and attendance, process timesheets for payroll
· Administer medical, life, and supplemental insurance, 401K, COBRA
· Maintain and/or oversee internal and external marketing
· Assist in developing and implementing training programs throughout practice
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has full supervisory responsibility over all team members other than the owners; therefore, must have exceptional attendance, dependability, communication skills, and ability to relate with others.
Qualifications
· BA in management or human resources related field, preferably two years’ experience in human resources/employee relations
· Must have computer skills, including, but not limited to MS Office. Willingness to learn EHR system.
· Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
· Attention to detail and organizational skills a must
· Superior verbal/written/presentation skills
· Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security and ability to train staff
· Familiarity with COBRA, ERISA, FLSA, and related state and federal regulations preferred, along with ability to comply with local, state, and federal laws such as OSHA, ADA, EOE, FMLA, and safety.
