Fast growing auto parts distributor is looking for a Inside Sales CSR (Customer Service Rep).
This position is responsible for answering incoming calls to the call center providing customer service and sales for the company. The ideal CSR will provide support for their team and will excel in a sales environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Answers incoming calls primarily from business customers
- Diagnoses sales opportunities on every call by asking intelligent questions and correctly diagnosing customer data on POS screen.
- Manage customer relationships by updating customers' knowledge of products and services, and maintaining continual communication with customer base.
- Complies with a hassle free warranty initiative insuring customer satisfaction within business parameters.
- Partner with customers to develop long-term relationships, generate additional sales, and guide problem resolution discussions.
- Alerts FSR’s and sales manager of any account issues or sales opportunities for large accounts
- Maintains understanding of all current marketing campaigns
- Previous automotive sales experience will be prioritized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
