Centerline Supplies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Selma, TX. The ideal candidate is someone who is customer service oriented, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Create and implement sales strategies for existing customers.
- Be available to customers by phone and meet their needs in a timely manner.
- Work to meet sales goals.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular communication with patients, suppliers, distributors, and other key accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales leads from initial contact through contract signing and beyond. (e.g., reports of activity, cost of sale, prospects’ names in our contact database, etc.)
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
