Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective account management
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales, and leads
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new sales opportunities
- Use effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals with customers
