Position Title: Boutique Pilates Studio Manager - Sigma Pilates
Job Overview:
The Boutique Pilates Studio Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the studio's operations to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients. This role involves overseeing administrative tasks, staff management, client relations, and ensuring the overall success of the studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Studio Operations:
- Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the studio space.
- Coordinate class schedules and handle reservations.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise Pilates instructors and support staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Client Relations:
- Greet and assist clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients. Such as creating content for the Sigma Pilates social media Instagram page.
- Drive sales through effective promotion of classes and packages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
- Financial Management:
- Assist with and monitor and manage the studio's budget and financial performance with studio owner.
- Handle transactions, payments, and billing processes.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to optimize business outcomes.
- Inventory and Supplies:
- Manage inventory levels of Pilates equipment, retail products, and other supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely restocking.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols for both clients and staff.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance.

- Organize and coordinate special events, workshops, and promotions.
- Collaborate with instructors to develop engaging and unique offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field is recommended but not required.
- Pilates certification is required: Peak Pilates, Stott Pilates, Balanced Body, Basi Pilates, Power Pilates comprehensive, are some we look for.
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Knowledge of Pilates principles and practices and will be required to teach both small group classes and privates.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in using scheduling and business management software.

Pay: $44,174.59 - $53,199.51 per year
