Overview
The Truck Team Member is a key frontline position responsible for providing exceptional junk removal services to our customers. Truck Team Members ensure efficient operations while delivering a remarkable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1) Junk Removal Operations:
○ Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks with customer junk, debris, and unwanted items.
○ Properly handle, lift, and transport a variety of materials, adhering to safety protocols.
○ Maintain a clean and organized truck interior to maximize space utilization.
○ Assist with truck maintenance, refueling, and performing routine checks.
2) Customer Service:
○ Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, upholding our "Customer Obsessed" value.
○ Listen attentively to customer needs and address any concerns or special requirements.
○ Provide clear communication to customers regarding service details and pricing.
○ Exhibit patience, respect, and a willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
3) Teamwork:
○ Collaborate effectively with fellow Truck Team Members, embodying the "Team Player" spirit.
○ Support colleagues during peak periods or when additional assistance is required.
○ Maintain open communication with supervisors and provide updates on jobs.
○ Contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive team environment.
4) Compliance and Safety:
○ Strictly follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
○ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to housekeeping standards.
○ Properly use and maintain all equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
○ Report any safety concerns, accidents, or incidents promptly.
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
● Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
● Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
● Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred).
● Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and evenings.
● MUST be 21+ years of age (insurance requirement), have a valid driver's license and 3-year clean driving record (past 3 years), and MUST be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
Remuneration:
● Pay: Base starts at $16 for Drivers with an opportunity to earn cash/credit card tips plus daily profit share (up to 3% of your daily revenue!). Top performers earn $25+ per hour.

● Trainers, Supervisors, and Dispatchers are all roles that consistently need to be filled! Those roles pay up to $17.25-$20 per hour.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
