Overview:
The Assistant General Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Millennium Center plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the hotel while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with the General Manager, this position oversees daily hotel operations, supervises staff, and assists in various administrative and managerial tasks.
Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of guest service, coordinating staff activities, assisting with budget planning and financial management, and enforcing hotel policies and procedures. The Assistant General Manager also handles guest inquiries and complaints, collaborates with department heads to optimize hotel performance, and participates in staff training and development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest service are maintained at all times.
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities to achieve optimal efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with budget planning and financial management.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with department heads to maintain and improve overall hotel performance.
- Participate in staff training and development programs.
- Monitor hotel facilities to ensure they meet cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Assist in revenue generation and cost control initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or related role required.
- Hilton Brand experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hotel management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
