TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
CLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt REPORTS TO: General Manager
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Prepare regularly scheduled reports
· Efficiently schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and ensure timely attendance.
· Inter-organizational product transfers in Oracle
· Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects and initiatives led by the General Manager
· Provide general support to visitors.
· Handling inquiries, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly
· Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
· Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
· Provide general administrative support to the General Manager, including expense tracking, invoice processing, procurement of office supplies, and other tasks as assigned.
· Must be physically present at the plant with regular and dependable attendance.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role with prolonged sitting; however, filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, up to 10 pounds, open filing cabinets, and bending, stoop or standing as necessary.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
TRAVEL
No travel is expected for this position.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· High School Degree or GED required.
· One year of administrative experience.
· Proficient using Excel
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Manufacturing experience a plus
· Experience using software applications (Discover, Tableau, or Screen Cloud)
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Must have minimum of 3 years of experience as a Administrative Assistant
