POSITION OVERVIEW: Seeking a responsible, motivated Admin Assitant to join our team. If you are highly organized, attentive to detail, good at multi-tasking and seeking longevity with a company that holds a strong reputation, then we encourage you to apply! The position is part-time at our Tampa office and has a strong potential for advancement and growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist project managers with documentation and organization of new and ongoing projects
- Maintain company files and organize into appropriate systems
- Maintain and manage equipment and supplies
- Track employee certifications and licenses
- Coordinate and manage agendas, travel plans, meetings and events
- Perform other supportive duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- Must have strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe Pro, with general knowledge of computers and navigating the web
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven and goal-oriented with strong initiative and follow-through skills
- Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases, with meticulous records maintenance skills
- Capable of working independently with limited management and adapt to change in a very dynamic environment, but also understands the importance of being a team player
- Must comply with company drug and background policies
- Must have reliable transportation
Pay scale will be based upon level of experience, qualifications and abilities.
