JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Eclipse’s Assistant Stock Manager is responsible for helping the Stock Manager provide operational support to the business by ensuring an efficient stockroom and inventory accuracy. In this role, he/she must be able to prioritize all of their responsibilities and provide our clients with exceptional service by supporting the selling process as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Assisting Stock Manager with operations
● Follow all company policies and procedures
● Support store initiatives and projects on an as needed basis
● Print and ticket merchandise, and price adjustments
● Process repairs and damages on a timely basis according to company guidelines
● Support the team in the selling process, ensuring the highest level of client experience
● Ensures timely movement of merchandise as directed by corporate while adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including but not limited to RTV’s and damages
QUALIFICATIONS:
● 2+ years of experience in Retail or Hospitality, preferably luxury
● Experience in warehouse management/ distribution
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Organizational and time management skills
● Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
● Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities
● Able to lift 40+ pounds
● Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
