Our passionate and team oriented Physical Therapists provide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of our patients experiencing injuries or disease while integrating company values into daily practice.
This role is full time day shift.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

Provides direct patient care, evaluating functional needs and outcomes, and establishes plan of care. Conducts therapy practice within defined standards of care and continually evaluates effectiveness of treatment and modifying as necessary.

Assesses educational and cultural needs of the patient, family, caregiver, or significant other and communicates accordingly to achieve maximum benefit of care.

Documents evaluations, treatment goals, and plans in accordance with Hospital requirements and established guidelines. Regularly updates documentation and maintains prescriptions and signatures.

Prepares plans for discharge.

Coordinates with interdisciplinary team on patient needs, treatment modifications, and progress.

May be required to work during inclement weather and other staffing emergencies.
Qualifications for consideration.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.

While recent graduates are encouraged to apply, two years direct patient physical therapy care and treatment experience preferred especially in a rehabilitation hospital.

Basic Life Support/CPR Certification required.
