-organizing files within the office
-keeping the office clean
-ordering office supplys
-answering the office phone
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for budget management
- Experience in event planning for project coordination
- Ability to manage schedules effectively
- Administrative skills for office management tasks
- Proficient in calendar management for office meetings
- valid driving license
