The National Program Coordinator - Operations Support is a full-time hybrid in-office role responsible for coordinating national program(s) that supports the company's property management operations. Program coordination includes execution, optimization and analysis of a program's operations designed to support a large portfolio of single-family rental properties. Examples of programs include but are not limited to (a) National Internet and Media, (b) Maintenance Recoveries, (c) Recurring Pool Services, (d) Smart Home, etc.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in development of national program processes and procedures based on subject matter expertise in program area
- Support program manager for assigned national programs
- Interact with market team members to facilitate program and/or resolve program concerns using available resources
- Analyze department data and business processes to maximize operational efficiency and optimize expenses
- Complete monthly reporting to include performance data relative to program parameters
- Review national invoices to ensure accurate general ledger coding, costs, margin percentages, and credit allocations
- Interface with management and other national teams on policy, procedures and KPI metrics
- Participate in recurring internal and vendor business reviews and Center of Excellence discussions to ensure best practices are maintained
- Track weekly program expense trends to identify cost saving opportunities
- Utilize various task flow management tools, reporting and dashboards to achieve company and departmental goals
- Perform administrative functions as they pertain to national programs
Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- 3+ years of relevant experience in residential construction, facility management, and/or property management maintenance coordination
- Experience reviewing and analyzing large data files, primarily in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Yardi, Lessen One or other property management software is a plus

- Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis and be in the office a minimum of three (3) days a week.
Physical and Mental Demands
This position will involve long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. The position may also entail light lifting of supplies and materials occasionally, up to and including 20 pounds in addition to reaching, stooping, standing, and walking. This position requires the ability to talk, hear, compare, compute, compile, copy, analyze, coordinate, synthesize, negotiate, and communicate.
