This position will own the client timeshare assets from initial setup to daily, weekly, monthly routines to ensure the optimization and efficient operation of these locations for client.
This includes:
- Monthly site visits, pursuant to the P&P requirements, along with documentation in Lease Accounting/Management System
- Inventory checks per policy
- Attend client meetings to pro-actively report status updates on availabilities, prospects, & obtain info on potential new opportunities
- Develop strong relationships with client
- Create and monitor the timeshare calendar of tenant usage
Leasing:
- Show space to prospects
- Prepare LOI's and Lease Proposals per Policy
- Track Fair Market Value and Furniture Fixtures & Equipment ("FF&E") valuation reports
- Ensure Fair Market Value and Furniture Fixtures & Equipment ("FF&E") reports are current and updated as required
- Communicates with client on /staffing/service changes and assists on initial review of FFE/FMV report for each timeshare
- Assist valuators in FMV & FF&E reports
- Track Lease Expirations
- Generate Lease Notes in Lease Management/Accounting System per policy
- Ensure that all services provided are in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations
New Timeshare Development:
- Help coordinating Hospital Administration in a timely setup of new timeshares
- Use client systems as required for timeshare setups, i.e., creation of approval paperwork for each timeshare agreement
- Ensure that FF&E valuations for new timeshares are prepared, submitted, and timely processed
- Work with client teams to setup services and supply needs/vendors/contracts where required and coordinate with client accounting for payment of services provided.
Other:
Communicate and collaborate with Property Management and Leasing Administration teams as needed in staff meetings, and at client meetings to efficiently expedite leasing, collect rent, solve problems, and respond to questions from timeshare tenants.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma required.
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in leasing or commercial real estate experience.
- Property Management or Real Estate Accounting experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Real Estate License required.
