U.S. Legal Support seeks a Customer Service Assistant that is problem solver, an active listener, and excellent communicator. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for responding to inquiries from internal team members, and clients as well as answering emails, telephone calls in a timely fashion. The Customer Service Assistant will also resolve any emerging client issues and thoroughly reviews documentation received for accuracy using the company's internal database.

Customer Service Assistant Job Functions:

Assist CSS with client communications/correspondence as needed to obtain records

Assist status clients on client action needed (i.e. fees, film breakdowns, authorizations, no records, etc.)

Incoming invoices/correspondence

Handle field/agent calls/emails
-
Research bad location contact information; unable to locate location

Make expediting calls as needed for client statuses, rushes and/or problem locations to obtain records

Take incoming expediting calls, check and return voicemails as needed to obtain records

Handle/Follow-up on all CSR emails daily

Handle problem records/research/follow-up on missing items as needed (Escalated parts)

Custodian Invoices:
-
Research that invoice is within fee limits for requested records/legals

Pay invoices via check or credit card
-
Enter any credit card payments in MR
-
See if checks cleared / provide check copies on payment issues
-
Custodian Correspondence:
-
Research what the correspondence is for
-
Handle correspondence with facility or track internally to CSR

Requirements
All you need to be a Customer Service Assistant High School Diploma, and 2 years of customer service experience and able to communicate effectively over the phone and electronically.
