Our client, a luxury brand, is hiring for a Watchmaking Instructor to join their team onsite in New York City.
Job Duties Include:
- Provide employees assigned to training with necessary content, skills, and context needed to achieve success
- Present lessons clearly and in alignment with curriculum
- Ensure consistency of content across locations
- Ensures integrity of curriculum and training offerings
- Monitor learners’ progress and communicated it to managers and HR
Job Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Degree/certification from appropriately accredited watchmaking school
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of adult learning theory
- Experience with curriculum development
- Experience with assessment micromechanics and coaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant computer skills
- Knowledge of OSHA
- Interviewing skills
- Experience with watch repair and manufacturing
Salary: $100,000- $130,000 annually
