Eastern Florida Autism Center is seeking a hardworking, mature, energetic and responsible Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This professional works under close and consistent supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA). The professional is responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior intervention plans developed by the supervisor.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement behavior programs as instructed by certified behavior staff.
- Collect data relating to behavior programming as instructed by supervising staff.
- Read program information, chart, and write daily session notes.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of all program participant-related data and information.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED:
· Registered Behavior Technician; or
· Bachelors Degree in Psychology (Completed) or other related Human Services field; or
· High School Diploma or equivalent with at least two years experience providing direct services to recipients with mental health disorders, developmental or intellectual disabilities and;
· Completion of 40 hours RBT course.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CHILDREN!
Hours of Operation are 8:30am-5:30pm.
