Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to join our team. As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with the development and IT teams to optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. This is a dynamic role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
•Review, design, develop, test, and evaluate the employer production systems for material flow and quality control.
•Develop, implement, document, and support the engineered production standards, as well as the development and implementation of best practices in high-volume distribution and logistics operations by identifying, planning, and applying control engineering process improvement projects.
•Initiate warehouse receiving, classification, and repacking processes.
•Develop continued improvement processes for all operations.
•Based on performed engineering audits, design and implement production methods, processes and flows that optimize the effective and efficient use of resources to meet demand profiles.
•Design and implement planning and control systems to minimize and resolve production issues.
•Project costs to sustain low variation processes with minimal waste.
•Design production planning and control systems to coordinate activities to ensure product quality.
•Troubleshoot industrial process problems, perform Root Cause Analysis, and resolve process engineering issues.
•Create systems and plan production to ensure all products meet quality control standards.
•Provide technical engineering guidance on produce sorting and processing machinery, including line layout specifications, while ensuring adherence to the employer and industry standards, as well as federal and state guidelines.
•Coordinate shipments and distribution, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities, such as shelf-life durability of products.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related area of study, plus 24 months of experience in position(s) with similar job duties in the Agroindustry field.

Pay: $64,000.00 - $111,000.00 per year
