We are seeking an experienced and organized Housekeeping Manager to join our team. This role will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our housekeeping staff. The successful candidate will ensure that our building is clean and well maintained, and that all guests receive the highest quality of service.
Compensation: $45,000.00 Salary
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest services
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility
- Handle guest complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
