PHG Accounts Payable Clerk
This is a corporate position, and the AP clerk will support all hotels in the company portfolio.
- Accounts Payable Management
- Vendor Relations & Account Management
- Data entry of all property invoices
- Manage semi monthly check runs
- Responds to accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
- Assists with gathering and compiling data as requested by auditors to ensure timely completion of the annual audit or external audits
- Assists with special projects and ad hoc requests assigned by management.
- Understands and protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- All other duties as assigned
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports directly to the Corporate Controller
Job Type: Part-time
