DriveTown Inc, a reputable used car dealership, is seeking a customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Customer Service Representative / Receptionist. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing excellent customer service and supporting the daily operations of our dealership. Your responsibilities will encompass various administrative tasks and front desk duties, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Customers: Warmly welcome customers and visitors as they arrive at the dealership, offering a friendly and professional first point of contact.
- Answering Phone Calls: Manage incoming phone calls, promptly addressing customer inquiries, and efficiently directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and manage the dealership's appointment calendar, including test drives, vehicle inspections, and other services.
- Assisting with Paperwork: Support customers in completing essential forms and documents required for vehicle purchases.
- Data Entry: Accurately record and maintain customer information, inquiries, and appointment details in the dealership's database or CRM system.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and visually appealing, creating a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
- Inventory Management: Track the availability of used cars in the dealership, ensuring accurate and up-to-date listings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be presentable in a business setting
- Proven experience in customer service or a front desk role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and paperwork efficiently.
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with standard office software.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and inventory management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
