Big Bear Restoration is looking for a vibrant and personable
Administrative Assistant position who will support the business operations, reception areas, and front-end offices.
Administrative assistants must be comfortable with computers, and general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, administrative assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
Successful candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls from current and potential customers with reassuring and prompt customer service.
- Ensure customers and all team members are communicated to in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide job file coordination that remains organized and detailed.
- Customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
- Update lead tracking and job management systems as needed.
- Assist in coordinating crew and job scheduling.
- Perform general office duties such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports.
- Assist other departments, as needed.
Position Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent, is required.
- Administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of Quickbooks, preferred but not required.
- Strong computer and excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to pass background screening successfully.
Compensation
- $19-21 Base Pay, based on experience
