Duties:
-Must be 21 year or older (tap card required or within 30 days of employment) We serve Beer and wine
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
- Serve food to customers in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Sanitize tables, chairs, and menus to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery
Skills:
- Strong math skills, including basic math and retail math, to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and payment processing
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
Note: Previous experience as a server or cashier is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
