### Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Weekend Office Manager to join our team. The Weekend Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the weekend operations of our Ranger Station, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in customer service. Campground experience is a plus. Hours are Friday from Noon to 10pm, Saturday from Noon to 10pm and Sunday from Noon to 8pm. Additional hours may be available on Holiday Weekends. Commitment is from May 1 to October 15, this is a seasonal position.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Checks campers in upon arrival at campground.
- Answers phones in a courtesy manner and takes reservations as needed.
- Registers guests of campers and collects visitors fees.Rings up retail items on cash register, and tenders proper change for customers as purchases are made.
- Maintains the store in a neat and orderly manner to include merchandise, floors, windows, cabinets and other surrounding areas.
- Tickets and restocks items.
- Manages inventory levels and notes items to be reordered.
- Reports any customer and/or employee injuries to management immediately.
- Refills ingredients and supplies slushies machine when needed.
- Stocks ice cream cooler as needed.
- Reports any misconduct, stealing or damaging of property by customers and/or employees to management immediately.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of POS systems and reservation systems. Training will be provided on both of these.
