Roost Austin is a locally-owned short term rental management company in Austin. We are looking for flexible, hard working cleaners with excellent organization and communication skills to grow with us. We are hiring for immediate work.
Our cleaners are responsible for cleaning and preparing the homes for the next rental. Duties include:
- Efficiently cleaning units as assigned.
- Making beds and stocking towels.
- Monitoring and stocking inventory for amenities (toiletries, coffee, paper products, etc.).
- Hours and Requirements
- 15-30 Hours/week: 10:30 am - 3:30 pm for cleaning.
- Available and ready to work.
- Weekend availability required
- Must have your own reliable transportation to work and to your assigned home to clean.
- Able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Smartphone with ability to download apps and work from them
About the position
This is a unique opportunity for someone who has high standards for their work. Flexibility - an ideal candidate would be detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring our homes are in excellent condition for each guest. You should also be comfortable with a flexible schedule, using technology, and communicating problems/issues via phone and text.
