``Duties```
- Assist in the preparation and production of items such as TAIYAKI desserts and soft serve ice cream.
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Operate bakery equipment including mixers, ovens, and proofing cabinets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
- Package and label bakery products for display or sale
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting with product selection
- Use the POS system to process customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Upsell bakery items to increase sales revenue
```Qualifications``
`-NYCDOH Food Handlers Licence
- Previous experience in a food handling or bakery role is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products
- Basic math skills for cash handling and recipe measurements
- Knowledge of food industry hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Willingness to learn new recipes and techniques
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be able to work on, MONDAY, TUESDAY, FRIDAY, and SATURDAY.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
