Sang & Sons HVAC Contractors is a Heating and Air Conditioning company serving Nashville and surrounding Tennessee areas. We provide services for our builders in new residential homes and commercial buildings. We also provide services for our residential and commercial customers.

We are looking for an experienced customer service representative to take customer’s incoming calls and provide other internal administrative support in our office. HVAC experience is a plus! Candidates must enjoy helping customers, possess proficient computer skills, are capable of performing administrative duties, and be a team player in this position.
Job Duties:
- Greet employees and customers
- Take incoming customer calls
- Collect proper detailed information from caller.
- Route call to the proper technician
- Complete any necessary follow up for the customer
- Receive, process and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain updated phone list for office & field personnel
- Assist with coordinating meetings and preparations (room set up, food/snack arrangements, meeting notes, etc.)
- Maintain vacation calendar (manual & electronic) for office personal
- Prep & receive packages for UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.
- Maintain proper office supply stock & re-order as needed.
- Provide administrative support for the department as needed.
- Keep reception area and showroom clean and organized
- Be on the lookout for opportunities to keep our office operating as smoothly as possible
- Assist with other special projects and clerical work as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle high level customer contact.
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals of all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations.
- Must be proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Google (Docs, Sheets, Gmail Suite.)
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to establish priorities and meeting deadlines
