Grain Warehouse Supervisor
The Uniontown Co-Operative Association is a financially strong, farmer-owned organization whose purpose is to store, market, and process our patrons’ agricultural products and provide other beneficial supplies and services.
We are looking for a qualified candidate to oversee grain warehouse operations. Major responsibilities include the: operation of grain elevators, sanitary storage of commodities, supervision of warehousemen and seasonal labor, repair, and maintenance of facilities and equipment, as well as safety coordination and oversight.
Education: Ideal candidate for this job should have a high school degree and some ag-related college education or experience related to the job.
Experience:
- Three years operating a grain elevator
- Material handling
- Mechanical ability
- Repair and maintenance of equipment
- Farm or Agricultural experience will be helpful
- Must have the ability to manage commodity quality from field inspection on through harvest intake and shipment.
- The job requires the ability to accurately figure yields, storage capacities, and operating cost estimates.
The candidate should have basic computer skills and the ability to lead and communicate effectively.
Position requires the ability to perform physical labor and climb ladders over 100 feet.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
