Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person to provide information and assistance
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Provide product recommendations and assist with upselling opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus)
- Experience with wireless or technical sales is a bonus
- Familiarity with grocery store or electronics sales is advantageous
