As we growing, we are now seeking an phone sales assistant with 2-5 years of experience in the industry.
We are looking for a motivated and energetic person who loves to sell services that make a difference and has an upbeat personality. You should be someone who people feel comfortable talking to and who can help them to get booked for a portrait session. Qualifications:
1. Enthusiastic and Positive Personality:

5. Phone Script Proficiency:
- Familiarity with working with phone scripts and making it sound genuine and personable.
As part of your role, you will need to establish a genuine connection with clients and put them at ease. This will involve making outbound calls to follow-up on warm leads (no cold calls) and taking inbound client calls. Additionally, you'll be responsible for setting up client appointments, managing contact details, and emailing client information. You'll also need to provide feedback to the team members about the needs of clients to ensure successful interactions. Lastly, you'll participate in studio team meetings. We will work together to ensure that you have all the necessary information and support to perform your duties successfully.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
- Sales over the phone. Working with warm leads. Conduct Zoom consultations with clients, explain project details, and foster strong client relationships.
- Working with database of clients
- Reaching weekly and monthly goals
- Using CRM (training is provided)
3. Client Management:
- Efficiently schedule appointments for booked clients and follow up with leads.
Training Provided:
- We offer comprehensive training to help you excel in your role.
Compensation:
- Enjoy an hourly wage along with commission-based incentives.
The position requires previous experience in sales. The ideal candidate should possess a warm, engaging, and well-spoken personality and should be able to quickly build rapport with anyone. They should have a growth-mindset and be willing to develop their skills in the world of fine art photography booking and sales. The candidate should feel comfortable in handling objections and be able to stay patient and calm when dealing with people or tech issues. They should be willing to go the extra mile to find a win/win solution for the client and be consistently reliable with follow-through.
Need to have a designated, quiet, and professional environment with no interruptions.
Must provide own computer, monitor, microphone, and smartphone.
