Position Title: Client Service Associate
Position Description:
Step into an instrumental role as a Client Service Associate with GM Wealth Group. This role will help to fulfill the company’s mission with a focus on fostering professional relationships with peers and with clients.
The Client Service Associate supports the many different tasks for which the practice is responsible that tie directly to the client experience initiatives of the firm.
As a Client Service Associate, you will be instrumental in creating and delivering a unique client experience that defines and differentiates the practice. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities.
Responsibilities and Time Allocation (may change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the advisor):
- Organizing and maintaining electronic files, records, and notes.
- Scheduling, confirming, and following up on meetings, appointments, and special events.
- Ensure outgoing documents are accurate, comply with company policies, and reflect the company’s views.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents for clients.
- Provide quality client service to all internal and external business partners.
- Maintain files and records in accordance with the records retention policy.
- Answering the organizational phone line, and documenting outcomes of conversations to refer information to other team members.
- Maintaining records in client management system.
- Coordinating with advisors to ensure that their scheduling preferences and model weeks are considered with scheduling appointments.
- Reviewing and updating client information within internal systems, as necessary.
- Providing assistance to other practice team members, as requested.
- Maintain office supplies and order as appropriate.
- Meet and greet clients and guests in the office.
- Management a system to track deadlines and require responses for the team in meeting goals.
- Absolute discreet handling of all confidential and highly sensitive information.
- Serve as support to the entire team.

Preferred Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a financial advisory firm
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Candidates with an SIE, Series 7, Series 66, or state Life, Accident, and Health insurance exams will receive preferred consideration. These licenses are not required, but interest in pursuing them is welcomed by the firm.
