Responsibilities:
- Answering office phones , Filling, Performing Intake with Clients information
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in databases
- Organize and maintain files and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible
- Assist with order entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
-Experience with HHA Exchange and Vesta is a MUST
- Experience with PHC file Structure and forms.
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and strong skills of Microsoft Office/ Adobe
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order entry and proofreading
- Proficient in calendar management
