IT Firm seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant / Dispatch Coordinator with a background in an IT support environment. Duties and qualifications would include, but are not limited to the following:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Geographical knowledge of service areas or map reading skills
- Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks at the same time
- Ability to direct technicians and prioritize client issues accordingly based on severity
- Strong verbal skills to communicate clearly and effectively
- Communicates effectively using professional phone etiquette
- Exhibit a positive attitude when working with clients and technicians
- Previous dispatching, project management or schedule coordinating experience is a plus
Administrative duties may include but are not limited to:
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate parties or take messages
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Read and analyze incoming correspondence to determine their significance and plan their distribution
- Perform general office duties
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, financial statements, and other documents using Word, spreadsheets, database or presentation software.
