Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a year-long contract basis. Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and timely manner.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a warm and inviting demeanor.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects professionalism.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies inventory.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate efficient communication and support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a welcoming and courteous attitude.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a professional appearance.
- Ability to adapt and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma.
