Job Overview:
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Flexible Schedules, Saturdays are mandatory.
Directly oversee and plan field staff's daily work, including creating schedules and assigning routes.
Coordinate and monitor staff training, assess performance through logs and field reports, and provide corrective counseling.
Handle emergency and routine calls from field staff during and after office hours.
Review body camera footage for quality control and performance assessment.
Meter Operation and Restriction Management: Address inquiries about meter restrictions and acknowledge requests.
Create and distribute daily assignment sheets for meter restriction tasks. Enter meter restriction data into tracking systems and confirm completion of scheduled postings and removals.
Equipment and Vehicle Oversight:
Manage the usage, maintenance, and repair of field equipment and vehicles.
Ensure routine maintenance of vehicles, investigate damages or malfunctions, and ensure staff adherence to vehicle use policies.
Conduct weekly visual inspections and review malfunction reports of all field equipment.
Meter Revenue Management:
Supervise the collection and counting of meter revenue. Reconcile and transcribe coin counting paperwork, investigate revenue discrepancies, and report meter malfunctions.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Correspond with applicants, schedule interviews, and handle customer service calls.
Manage field staff inventory and purchases.
Assist with investigating complaints against field staff.
Perform other duties as required.
Have direct interaction with Client related to their responsibilities within the project.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
